Song Dexing is director of Waterway Transportation Bureau, Ministry of Transport (MOT) and director of Taiwan Affairs Office.

Song Dexing graduated from Wuhan Institute of Water Transportation Engineering in 1986 and got a Master Degree in Engineering and a PhD Degree in Management. Song successively served as chief officer, deputy section chief and section chief of Transport Department of MOT, Vice Mayor of Luoyang Municipal People’s Government of He’nan Province and deputy director of China Waterborne Transport Research Institute, deputy director and director of Three Gorges Navigation Authority, deputy chief and chief of Waterborne Department of MOT.

Huang Rong, male, born in Hangzhou of Zhejiang in July, 1960, of Han nationality, a Party member of CPC and senior engineer (professor equivalent), is deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Government.
   Graduating from Tongji University as a Road and Bridge major in 1983, Huang participated in the construction of major municipal engineering including the construction of Nanpu Bridge and Shanghai Bund Comprehensive Renovation Project. He held the offices of assistant director-general and deputy director-general of Shanghai Municipal Engineering Administration, general manager and deputy Party secretary of Shanghai Minhang United Development Co., Ltd., member and commander of the Daqiao Sub-command Post of Shanghai Deepwater Port Engineering Command Post, vice-president of Tongsheng Investement (Group) Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party committee and general manager of Tongsheng Bridge Construction Co., Ltd., general manager of Shanghai Changjiang Tunnel and Bridge Construction Development Co., Ltd., Party Secretary and Director-General of Shanghai Municipal Engineering Administration, deputy secretary and director of Shanghai Urban Construction and Communications Commission and deputy director of Administrative Committee of Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District.

Mr. Zhang Ye is the President of Shanghai Shipping Exchange and the delegate of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress. He graduated from Wuhan University of Technology and got the MBA degree of Shanghai Jiaotong University and PhD degree of Shanghai Maritime University.

He had many years of sailing experiences in charge of navigation engines and ship technology and management, having supervised building and maintenance of passenger ships, tugboats, leisure boats, bulk carriers, multi-purpose container ships, etc. Besides that, he had abundant experience in operation and management of domestic and foreign trade transport, operation and management of container fleet, supervision and management of shipbuilding technology and management of shipping-related service enterprises. He had obtained the title of Senior Engineer early in 1996 and now his primary businesses are shipping finance, trading, information, etc.

Zhang is the guest professor of Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai Maritime University and the College of Business of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as well as the deputy chairman of Shanghai Port Union, director of Shanghai Navigation Academy, member of Shanghai Arbitration Commission and expert member of News Agency Consultants Committee of MOT. He was awarded the honor of “Shanghai Municipal Leading Talent”, “Hongkou District Leading Talent” , “Top 10 Finance Leaders in Shanghai”and selected as the Top 100 Most Influential People of Shipping Sector by Lloyd’s List in 2010, 2011 and 2012. In 2012, he was also awarded the honor of “Top 10 Most Influential Shipping People in China”. He works as Shanghai Conference Ambassador since 2013.

“Lars Mikael Jensen has after 32 years with Maersk Line recently been appointed to lead the project of building the P3 Network Center, which is to execute the operation of the P3 network, with the objective to become the CEO of the operation once the necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained. He joined Maersk Line as a trainee in 1981 and has held various Trade Management positions since then, and has for the last 20 years been heading up the Maersk Line Trade management of different East/West Trades, most recently the important Asia/Europe trade lanes. In the period 2004-2009 Lars Mikael Jensen was working in Beijing, heading up the Maersk Line Agency for Mainland China and Hong Kong, gaining valuable insight to the shipping industry in China. Throughout his career in Trade Management he has been deeply involved in setting up the Maersk Line network to meet the requirements of its customers and has been one of the architects behind the planned P3 structure.”

CFO of China Shipping (Group) Company, once worked as Chief of Finance in Anhui Economic and Trade Commission Office, deputy director, general office director and deputy director of the Administrative and Financial Office of Anhui Economic and Trade Commission Service Center, deputy director-general of Property Management Bureau of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Government of Anhui Province and chief accountant and deputy general manager of Anhui Province Energy Group Co., Ltd. Graduating from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with an MBA degree, Su Min is also a senior accountant, certified public accountant and certified public valuer.

Andreas Nordseth is the Director General of the Danish Maritime Authority. He originally graduated as a Master Mariner and serving as a merchant marine deck officer, Andreas Nordseth became a maritime lecturer at the Nautical College after studying at the Technical University of Denmark. In 1991 he joined the Danish Maritime Authority as a consultant. He was appointed Chief Examiner in 1997, Head of MET division in 1999 and became Deputy Director General in 2001 responsible for Operational Issues, Quality Systems and internal processes. He was appointed Director General as of January 2009. In June 2009 he took over the chairmanship of the Consultative Shipping Group.

Mr. Ma Bin, MBA of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, owns 20 years of experience in management of banking and financial sector in Bank of Communications Shaanxi Provincial Branch. In 2008, Mr. Ma Bin joined Bank of Communications Finance Leasing Co., Ltd (“Bocomm Leasing”) as Sales Director, and now acts as Senior Vice President of Bocomm Leasing.

With comprehensive strategic vision and professional capability, Mr. Ma Bin leads Bocomm Leasing team to advance professional leasing business, especially focusing on on-shore and off-shore financial lease and operating lease of aviation and shipping. Under his leading, Bocomm Leasing gains excellent operating achievement and gains a wide range of recognition in the leasing industry. As the largest leasing company in Shanghai, Bocomm Leasing has total asset RMB90 billion by the end of September 2013.

Mr. Yu Bo, 54, a graduate of Ocean Vessel Steering major of Dalian Maritime University, postgraduate of marine traffic management of Dalian Maritime University and postgraduate of Shipping Management major of Maritime College of State University of New York, the USA.

Mr. Yu has 8 years’ teaching and research experience in navigation and 24 years’ practical experience in international shipping.

In 1993, he founded Welton Shipping Co., Ltd. Having undergone the test of several cycles of the shipping market, he has much experience in ocean vessel transportation business and deep background and concepts in the fields of vessel operation, law of the market, shipping finance and business management.

As chairman of board of directors of Welton Hazz Group, chairman of Board of Directors of Welton Hazz Holdings Ltd. and chairman of Control Committee of Welton Hazz Group, Yu is in charge of the overall work and financial affairs with a focus on shipping business.

He holds concurrent posts of vice-chairman of Shanghai Leasing Trade Association and guest professor of Dalian Maritime University, chairman of Dalian Maritime University Alumni Association (Shanghai), standing member of Shipping Management Council and China Maritime Council and member of World Shipping Council.

Wang Dongsheng, MBA of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, senior economist and logistics specialist, is vice-president of Shanghai Shipping Freight Exchange Co., Ltd.

Wang Dongsheng worked at super-large enterprises in charge of strategic marketing. Having served as CEO at many strategic investment consultancies, Wang has rich corporate management experience and great executive capacity. While devoting himself to strategic risk management and design for shipping enterprises and research and application of shipping freight derivatives, he designs hedging programs for many enterprises, successfully averting management risks caused by freight fluctuations.
