陈兵先生有超过 30 年的全球高管经验。在成为 Seaspan的董事长、总裁兼首席执行官前,他曾担任欧洲知名投资银行的中国区 CEO 和瑞士国际大宗商品交易机构的董事兼中国区 CE0; 他曾在欧洲担任多个工业及飞机租赁公司的CEO 和 CFO; 并曾在北美担任大型全球投资银行的战略总监。陈兵先生是美国注册会计师,并拥有哥伦比亚大学商学院硕士学位。

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years across Asia, Europe, and North America, Mr. Chen has held C-suite positions in multiple industries. His experience encompasses all stages of business development, from startup ventures to enhancing franchise market leadership, to complex corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Seaspan, Mr. Chen served as the CEO of a top EU investment bank in China and was Director and General Manager for a Swiss based top global commodity trading institution. Within APAC, he set up the Greater China team at an American boutique investment bank as the Managing Director throughout the 10 years in the EU, Mr. Chen served as the CEO and CFO of multiple European industrial leasing and aviation businesses. In North America, he held strategic leadership roles at prominent financial institutions. Mr. Chen is a CPA and received a B.s. in Accountancy and MBA from Columbia Business School.
