乔治·西拉达基斯，希腊国籍，毕业于阿斯普里戈斯-雅典航海海事学院，持有伦敦城市理工学院商业航运学位和威尔士大学海事研究理学硕士学位。他曾在国际和希腊银行担任高级银行家。1999年，创立XRTC商务咨询有限公司，该司主要在欧洲和中国金融市场中耕耘，为致力于航运领域国内外机构和私人提供投融资服务。

　　西拉达基斯是希腊航运银行家和金融执行官协会的主席、中国希腊商会的副会长、Piraeus港口的国际螺旋桨俱乐部的名誉主席、Piraeus工商会董事会的荣誉会员和特别海事顾问、Piraeus海洋俱乐部董事会成员、中国船级社地中海委员会成员、希腊-中国协会成员。他还是上市公司Cos Imperial Petroleum Inc.和C3is Inc.董事会成员、希腊Heraklion港务局董事会副主席。

 

George C. Xiradakis, Greek National, graduated from the Nautical Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos-Athens, holds a Diploma in Commercial Operations of Shipping from City of London Polytechnic and a MSc in Maritime Studies from University of Wales. He served as Senior Banker in International and Greek Banks. In 1999 he founded XRTC Business Consultants Ltd, which acts as Financial and Investment advisor to National and International institutions and private entities who wish to develop business in shipping. Since its establishment XRTC acts as Advisor mainly to European and Chinese Finance Market.

Xiradakis is the President of the Association of Banking and Financial Executives of Hellenic Shipping, Vice President of China Hellenic Chamber (HCCI), President Emeritus -International Propeller Club-Port of Piraeus, Honorary Member and Special Maritime Advisor of the BOD of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce & Industry, BOD member of Piraeus Marine Club, Member of the Mediterranean Committee of China Classification Society, Member of the Greece-China Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Listed Cos Imperial Petroleum Inc. and C3is Inc and very recently he has been appointed as Vice President of the BoD of the Heraklion Port Authority, Greece.
