　　徐祖远先生，曾任交通运输部副部长兼交通运输部海事局局长、中国海上搜救中心主任，中国航海学会理事长，中国航海博物馆馆长。长期从事船舶和航运企业管理工作, 致力于推进我国海运业改革和发展，促进国际航运中心建设。

Mr. Xu Zuyuan previously served as Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport, Director General of China Maritime Safety Administration, Director of China Maritime Search and Rescue Center; president of China Institute of Navigation and Curator of China Maritime Museum. Engaged in the management of ships and shipping enterprises for a long time, he spares no efforts to promote reform and development of shipping industry in China and promote the international shipping center construction.
