林杰先生，籍贯福建省南平市，在上海海事大学获得国际航运本科和海商法硕士学位，并在新加坡国立大学与清华五道口金融学院完成EMBA课程。 林杰先生现任上海市第十四届政协委员、中国物流与采购联合会副会长、全国工商联物流业委员会委员及上海帆船帆板运动协会会长等职务。

Mr. Jacky Lim, originally from Nanping, Fujian Province, obtained his Bachelor's degree in International Shipping and Master's degree in Maritime Law from Shanghai Maritime University. He also has two EMBA degrees, one at the National University of Singapore and the other at Tsinghua University. Mr. Jacky Lim currently serves multiple positions, including member of the 14th CPPCC Shanghai Committee, Vice President of the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP), member of the Logistics Industry Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and President of the Shanghai Sailing Association.
