梁民是Linerlytica的联合创始人，拥有传统航运背景，职业生涯的前七年在马士基担任学徒。之后，他在和记港口控股任职投资经理。梁民曾是摩根大通航运分析师，后来在航运对冲基金Tufton Oceanic担任高级航运分析师； 之后加入富瑞(Jefferies)，担任亚太地区运输和工业研究主管。梁民毕业于马士基航运学院和持有欧洲工商管理学院(INSEAD)工商管理硕士学位

Johnson Leung, Co-founder of Linerlytica, came from a traditional shipping background where he spent the first seven years of his career as apprentice with Maersk Line in Denmark, Brazil and China before working for Hutchison Port Holdings as an Investment Manager. Moving from industry to the finance world, he was the regional shipping analyst at JP Morgan and then a senior shipping analyst for Tufton Oceanic, a shipping hedge fund, before joining Jefferies as their Head of Regional Transport and Industrials Research for the Asia Pacific region. Johnson is a graduate of Maersk Shipping Academy and holds an INSEAD MBA.
