　　王广学先生，男，汉族，中共党员，复旦大学经济学博士，高级经济师，现任中信建投证券股份有限公司执行委员会委员、经纪业务管理委员会主任委员，中信建投期货有限公司董事长。中国证券业协会证券行业文化建设委员会委员、中国期货业协会理事会理事及发展战略专业委员会副主任委员、上海期货交易所监察委员会委员。
