Director Ning Tao is currently the Director of the Economic Policy and Development Strategy Research Center (Law Center) of the Water Transport Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, and is also a researcher and registered Consulting Engineer in Investment.As well as the secretary-general of Zheng He Research Association and the secretary-general of the Container Transportation Committee of China Institute of Navigation. Director Ning Tao has been engaged in consulting and research in the field of water transport management for a long time, focusing on water transport strategy, economy, policy and other aspects of the research.
