吴超博士，中国船东互保协会特别顾问。吴博士拥有法国巴黎索邦大学的法学硕士和法学博士学位，持有法国律师执业资格。曾任英国联合王国保赔协会首席法务官，是该协会高级管理团队第一位女性成员。曾连续13年任国际保赔集团（IG）联营协议委员会主席，也曾任国际油轮船东污染联合会（ITOPF）董事、IG共保委员会主席、IG污染委员会成员。

Dr. Wu Chao, Special Advisor, China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association. Dr. Wu has Master and Ph.D. in Law from Sorbonne University, as well as lawyer qualification in France. She was the Chief Legal Officer of the UK P&I Club and the first woman member of the UK Club's senior management team. Dr. Wu had served for 13 years as the Chairman of the IG Pooling Agreement Committee. She also served as a Director of the ITOPF, the Chairman of the IG Co-Assured Committee and a member of the IG Pollution Committee.
