张页先生，博士，上海航运交易所党委书记、总裁，连续四届上海市人大代表。担任多年国有航运企业高管，在船舶技术、金融、交易、信息等领域拥有丰富经验。

　　兼任上海市国际航运中心建设工作推进小组办公室副主任、交通运输部新闻宣传专家咨询委员会专家、上海市仲裁委员会委员、最高人民法院国际海事司法上海基地特邀咨询员及多所大学客座教授。荣获“上海市领军人才”“沪上十大金融领袖”“中国航运最具影响力十大人物”称号，2013年起担任“上海会议大使”，五度入选英国伦敦《劳氏日报》年度世界百大最具影响力航运人物榜。

Dr. Zhang Ye, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Shipping Exchange, Delegate of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress of consecutive four terms, has a long career as top executive of state-owned shipping enterprises and boasts abundant experience in shipbuilding, shipping, finance, exchange and information.
He also acts as the Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Office of Promoting Panel of International Shipping Center Construction, Expert of News and Publicity Expert Consultation Committee of Ministry of Transport, Member of Shanghai Municipal Arbitration Commission, Special Counselor of Shanghai Base of International Maritime Justice of Supreme Court, and the guest professor of several universities and institutes. He wins the honors and titles of "Shanghai Leading Talent", "Top Ten Financial Leaders in Shanghai" and "China Ten Most Influential Shipping People", and assumes the duty of "Shanghai Conference Ambassador" since 2013. He has been listed among the Lloyd's List Top 100 Most Influential Shipping People for five times.
