　　徐祖远，远洋船长，高级工程师，国际海事组织亲善大使。曾任交通运输部副部长兼中国海上搜救中心主任，中国航海学会理事长，中国航海博物馆馆长，长期致力推进我国航运业改革和发展，热爱航海事业，积极参与国际海事事务。
