徐斌，男，汉族，中共党员，研究生学历，管理学博士，正高级经济师。现任交通银行首席专家、交银金融租赁有限责任公司党委书记、董事长，兼任中国银行业协会金融租赁专业委员会主任、上海市金融学会副会长、上海长三角科创投资促进会副会长。曾任交通银行江苏省分行党委委员、副行长，贵州省分行党委书记、行长，安徽省分行党委书记、行长，江苏省分行党委书记、行长，上海市分行党委书记、行长兼总行长三角一体化管理总部常务副总裁。曾任安徽省银行业协会会长、江苏省金融业联合会理事长、上海市银行同业公会会长。获评上海市领军金才、上海市金融行业领军人物，并荣登劳氏日报2022年全球航运最具影响力人物百人榜。

Xu Bin, male, Han nationality, is a CPC member and senior economist. He holds a graduate degree and a doctorate in management. He is Chief Expert of the Bank of Communications (BOCOM), Party Secretary and Chairman of BOCOM Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and concurrently serves as Director of the Financial Leasing Committee of the China Banking Association, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Finance Society and Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Association for Sci-tech Investment in Yangtze River Delta. He held successive posts as Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of BOCOM Jiangsu Branch, Party Secretary and President of BOCOM Guizhou Branch, Party Secretary and President of BOCOM Anhui Branch, Party Secretary and President of BOCOM Jiangsu Branch, and Party Secretary and President of BOCOM Shanghai Branch (concurrently as Vice President of the Yangtze River Delta Management Headquarters of BOCOM). He also served as Chairman of the Association of Anhui Bank, Chairman of the Jiangsu Financial Association and Chairman of the Shanghai Banking Association. He was selected as one of "Shanghai's Leading Talents" and "Shanghai's Financial Leaders", and included in the Lloyd's List for 2022 - Top 100 Most Influential People in Shipping Industry.
