王凤海，上海期货交易所总经理，上海国际能源交易中心总经理。1993年进入期货市场，见证并参与了中国期货市场的成长、发展历程。目前兼任中国期货市场监控中心有限责任公司董事、广州期货交易所董事。曾任大连商品交易所总经理。

Wang Fenghai is the CEO of Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) and Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE). He started working in the futures industry since 1993, and has witnessed and participated in the growth and development of China's futures market along the way. Currently, he is also a Director of China Futures Market Monitoring Center Co., Ltd, and a Director of Guangzhou Futures Exchange. Before joining SHFE and INE, Mr. Wang was the CEO of Dalian Commodity Exchange.
