管涛，经济学博士，中银证券全球首席经济学家、董事总经理，中国金融学会常务理事，世界经济学会常务理事，国际金融学会理事。长期从事货币可兑换、国际收支、汇率政策、国际资本流动等问题的研究，参与了1994—2014年间一系列重大外汇管理体制改革方案的设计，著有人民币汇率“五部曲”：《中国先机：全球经济再平衡的视角》、《汇率的本质》、《汇率的博弈：人民币与大国崛起》、《汇率的突围》及《汇率的逻辑》。

Guan Tao, Ph.D. in Economics. Global Chief Economist and Managing Director at BOC International (China). Dr. Guan also serves as the executive council member of the China Financial Forum and the China Society of World Economics, council member of the China International Finance Society. Dr. Guan has long-time research experience and deep expertise in currency policy and participated in designing China's major currency reform plans from 1994 to 2014. He has published a series of books on the exchange rate issues and the Chinese economy including China's Head Start: A Rebalancing Perspective of the Global Economy, China's Currency Reform in 2015, The National Competition from the Perspective of Large Open Economy, The Evolution of Currency Policy in China and Framework on China's Currency Policy Analysis.
