黄有方教授、博导，现任中国（上海）自贸区供应链研究院院长、教育部集装箱供应链技术工程中心主任、上海市十五届人大城市建设环境保护委员会委员等。上海海事大学原校长，第八届中国航海学会理事长、党委书记。获得2003年和2017年上海市科学技术进步一等奖、2004年获国家科学进步二等奖、国务院政府特殊津帖、上海领军人才、庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年纪念章等。兼任教育部新文科建设工作组副组长、教育部高校物流类专业教学指导委员会主任，中国物流与采购联合会副会长、上海国际航运中心专家委员会副主任、亚洲物流学会学术委员会主席等。黄有方教授是上海市重点学科“物流管理与工程”学科带头人，重点研究方向为港航物流管理与工程、城市物流、供应链管理与工程、自贸区供应链、智能化理论与系统等。

Professor Huang Youfang, PhD Supervisor, president of China Institute of FTZ Supply Chain, deputy leader of New Liberal Arts Department of the Ministry of Education, chairman of the logistics education steering committee, MOE, formerly president of Shanghai Maritime University, he won the First Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award twice in 2003 and 2017, and the Second Prize of National Science Progress. He has been awarded with the special government allowance of the State Council, the title of Shanghai Leading Talent and the commemorative medal for the 70th anniversary of the founding of PRC.
