吴超 中国船东互保协会特别顾问。巴黎索邦大学法学博士。至2021 年 6 月底，任UK保赔协会首席法务官。兼任国际保赔协会集团联营协议委员会主席13年、共保委员会主席4年。曾任国际油轮联盟董事、马耳他国际海事法学院客座教授。 吴超博士也是油污领域的国际专家，其撰写的《船东油污责任与赔偿》获 1997 英国保险法协会年度最佳保险书籍奖。

Wu Chao, Special Advisor, CPI. Ph.D. in Law, Nanterre University (Sorbonne) Paris. As of June 2021, she was Chief Legal Officer, UK P&I Club. She also served as Chairman of International Group Pooling Agreement Committee for 13 years and Co-Assured Committee for 4 years; She was Director of ITOPF and visiting professor of International Maritime Law Institute in Malta. She is also an international expert in the field of oil pollution - her book "Pollution from the carriage of oil by sea – Liability and compensation" won the 1997 British Insurance Law Association’s Book of the Year Award.
