徐斌，男，1966年3月生，汉族，中共党员，研究生学历，管理学博士，高级经济师。现任交通银行首席专家、交银金融租赁有限责任公司党委书记、董事长，上海市政协委员。曾任交通银行江苏省分行党委委员、副行长，贵州省分行党委书记、行长，安徽省分行党委书记、行长，江苏省分行党委书记、行长，上海市分行党委书记、行长兼总行长三角一体化管理总部常务副总裁。曾任安徽省银行业协会会长、江苏省金融业联合会理事长、上海市银行同业公会会长。获评上海市领军金才、上海市金融行业领军人物。

XU Bin, male, born in March 1966, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, has a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in management and is a senior economist. He currently serves as the chief expert of Bank of Communications, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Shanghai CPPCC member. He was a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Bank of Communications Jiangsu Branch, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Guizhou Branch, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Anhui Branch, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Jiangsu Branch, Secretary of the Party Committee, President and General President of Shanghai Branch and Executive Vice President of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Management Headquarters. He was the Chairman of Association of Anhui Banking, the Chairman of Jiangsu Financial Association, and the Chairman of Shanghai Banking Association. He was awarded as Shanghai Leading Golden Talent and Shanghai Financial Industry Leader.
